School Media As A Mechanism For Developing Citizenship Values (a Field Study Of A Sample Of Teachers, Professors And Students At Some Educational Institutions In The State Of Sidi Bel Abbes).

Abstract
The issue of consolidating the values of citizenship in the school environment is one of the important axes aimed at the success of any social and development project, and this is evidenced by the keenness of the guardianship ministry in its new strategy (Quality School 2016-2030) to modernize the school communication system and make it a mechanism of sectoral policy educational, to confront the challenges imposed by the flows of the technological factor specially the social media and their reflections on crystallizing students’ perceptions of citizenship values. On this basis, this study included four samples representing the educational system (school students and completions, the directorate of education of Sidi Bel Abbes, teachers, and parents of students, then the results revealed the weakness of the school communication system currently in force in crystallizing the citizen student model, and its inability to keep pace with the parallel communication system format. يعتبر موضوع ترسيخ قيم المواطنة في الوسط المدرسي، من المحاور المهمة و الرامية لإنجاح أي مشروع إجتماعي، تنموي وهذاما يتجلى من خلال حرص الوزارة الوصية في استراتيجيتها الجديدة (مدرسة الجودة 2016/2030) على تحديث و تطوير منظومة الإتصال المدرسي وجعله آلية من آليات السياسة القطاعية التربوية في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة لدى التلاميذ من جهة و العمل من جهة أخرى على مسايرة و مجابهة الرهانات التي تفرضها تدفقات العامل التكنولوجي متمثلا في شبكة الأنترنت و وسائط التواصل الإجتماعي و إنعاكساتها على بلورة تصورات و تمثلات التلاميذ لقيم المواطنة وعلى هذا الأساس، شملت هذه الدراسة أربع عينات تمثل المنظومة التربوية (تلاميذ المدارس و الإكماليات، مديرية التربية لولاية سيدي بلعباس، المعلمين والأساتذة و أولياء التلاميذ)، إذ تبين من خلال النتائج المتوصل إليها ضعف منظومة الإتصال المدرسي المعمول بها حاليا في بلورة نموذج التلميذ المواطن و عدم مقدرتها على مجارات نسق منظومة الإتصال الموازي .
