نوعية الحياة المرتبطة بالصحة عند مرضى سرطان الرئة

الملخص
أصبح تقييم نوعية الحياة نقطة نهاية مهمة في التجارب السريرية، فالأبحاث في المجال المرضي يوفر للمتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية وصانعي القرار البيانات الأساسية حول تأثير نوعية الحياة على الأمراض وعلاجاتها، وعلى الوظائف الجسدية والنفسية والاجتماعية أو على رفاه المريض، وتعتبر نوعية الحياة المرتبطة بالصحة احدى هذه النقاط التي تهتم بعدة جوانب في الطب والرعاية الصحية، ويسترشد قياسها من قبل اثنين من المبادئ، متعددة الأبعاد والموضوعية، إما عن طريق الأدوات العامة التي توفر لمحة صحية موجزة، أو الأدوات الخاصة بالمرض التي تركز على آثار جانبية محددة والخلل الوظيفي، وقد ارتأينا في هذا البحث طرح موضوع نوعية الحياة المرتبطة بالصحة عند مرضى سرطان الرئة، وذلك باتباع المنهج الوصفي للظاهرة عن طريق تطبيق مقياسين على 14فرد، قصد التعرف على مستوى نوعية الحياة المرتبطة بالصحة عندهم، وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية للبيانات توصلنا الى ان مستوى نوعية الحياة المرتبطة بالصحة عند مرضى سرطان الرئة قد عرفت قيمة متوسطة والتي تدل على تحسن متوسط في نوعية الحياة بانخفاض الأعراض المصاحبة للمرض. Quality of life assessment has become an important end point in clinical trials. Research in the pathological field provides healthcare professionals and decision makers with essential data about the impact of quality of life on diseases and their treatments. And on the physical, psychological and social functions or on the well-being of the patient, and the quality of life related to health is one of these points that are concerned with several aspects in medicine and health care, Its measurement is guided by two principles, multidimensional and objective, either by general tools that provide a concise health snapshot, or disease-specific tools that focus on specific side effects and dysfunction, In this research, we decided to raise the issue of health-related quality of life for patients with lung cancer, by following the descriptive approach to the phenomenon by applying two scales to 14 individuals, in order to identify the level of health-related quality of life for them, and after statistical processing of the data, we concluded that the level of health-related quality of life In patients with lung cancer, an average value has been known, which indicates an average improvement in the quality of life with a decrease in symptoms associated with the disease.
