الوسائل الشرعية لاجتماع كلمة المسلمين - Legislated Means For The Union Of The Word Of Muslims

الملخص
قد جاءت نصوص كثيرة من الكتاب والسنة تأمر بالاجتماع وتنهى عن الافتراق. ورغم هذا، في كل مرة يفترق بعض المسلمين فتحدث بينهم العداوة والبغضاء وأحيانا الاقتتال، وقد حصل هذا كثيرا في زماننا. ولهذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لعلها تساهم في تقديم حلول لهذه المعضلة من خلال بيان الوسائل الشرعية العلمية والعملية لاجتماع كلمة المسلمين. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها: ذم الاختلاف في حال ثبوت اتفاق الجماعة من الصحابة والتابعين لهم بإحسان وتسويغه في حال عدم ثبوته، وضرورة التمييز بين المسائل التي اجتمعت فيها كلمة الجماعة وغيرها من المسائل، وأهمية تذكير العلماء بأثر اجتماعهم في اجتماع المسلمين، ومنزلة استشعار معاني الأخوة والتحلي بالأخلاق الحسنة في تقوية الاتحاد والمحبة والصلة ونحوها، وخطر الظلم وأثره في افتراق المسلمين. Abstract: Despite the numerous texts of the Coran and the Sunna which order to unite, each time certain Muslims are divided, and between them occurs hostility, hatred and sometimes fighting. And this has happened a lot in our time. This is why this study tries to contribute to bring solutions to this dilemma by presenting the cognitive and practical legislated means for the union of the word of the Moslems. Among the results I came up with: Disagreement is forbidden if there is unanimity among Muslim savants, otherwise it is allowed. The need to distinguish between issues on which savants are unanimous and other issues. The importance of reminding savants of the impact of their union on the union of Muslims. The effect of strengthening brotherhood and good behavior on strengthening the union. The danger of injustice and its impact on the division of Muslims.
