خدمات المحاسب المعتمد في ظل تبني الرقمنة في الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض تجربة التحول الرقمي في الجزائر مع تقديم خدمات المحاسب المعتمد، و التعرف على واقع رقمنة الإدارات التي تتعامل معها مكاتب المحاسبة في الجزائر. تم الإعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج أهمها: مكاتب المحاسبة في الجزائر تأثرت بالرقمنة من جانب تحسين العمليات وتحديث الخدمات. وقدمت الدراسة العديد من التوصيات منها: التوسع في رقمنة الخدمات على كافة الإدارات وتفعيل جانب الدفع الإلكتروني من خلال تعميم إلزامية التعامل بهذه التقنية على نطاق واسع. This study aims to presentation the experience of digital transformation in Algeria with the introduction of the profession of certified accountant. . And identify the reality of the digitalization of administrations which accounting office deal with In this study we adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, the study reached several results, the most important of which are : accounting offices in Algeria have been affected by digitalization by improving operations and modernisation of services. The study made many suggestions, including: expanding the digitalization of services for all administrations and activating the electronic payment aspect by circulating the obligation to deal with this technology on a large scale.
