أثر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على الأمن المجتمعي الجزائري

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة أحد أهم المواضيع الجديرة بالدراسة والتحليل, في ميدان الدراسات الأمنية والإستراتيجية ألا وهو موضوع "أثر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على الأمن المجتمعي الجزائري", من خلال الكشف عن اثر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على القيم المجتمعية الجزائرية, باعتبار أن هذه المواقع قد ساهمت في ظهور نوع جديد من المجتمعات الإنسانية, والتي اصطلح عليها بالمجتمع الافتراضي من خلال إعادة رسم الحدود والخرائط الثقافية من خلال المساهمة في تفريغ الثقافة المجتمعية وإضعاف الشعور بالانتماء إلى الهوية الأصلية, وقد تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى أربع محاور بدءا بالمحور الأول من خلال التطرق إلى مفهوم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وعلاقتها بالأمن المجتمعي, كذلك آثار استخدام هذه المواقع وتداعياتها على الأمن المجتمعي الجزائري, بالإضافة إلى أهم الاستراتجيات والخطوات التي من شأنها التقليل من الآثار السلبية لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. This study aims to address one of the most important topics worthy of study and analysis, in the field of security and strategic studies, which is the topic "The impact of social media sites on Algerian societal security", by revealing the impact of social media sites on Algerian societal values, given that these sites have contributed In the emergence of a new type of human societies, which has been termed a virtual society by redrawing cultural boundaries and maps by contributing to emptying societal culture and weakening the sense of belonging to the original identity, the study has been divided into four axes starting with T the first through addressing the concept of social networking sites and their relationship to community security, as well as the effects of the use of these sites and its repercussions on the Algerian community security, in addition to the most important strategies and steps that will minimize the negative effects of social Networking sites
