إقصاء الأرشيف وعلاقته بالبيئة

الملخص
تقوم العديد من المؤسسات مهما تنوعت طبيعة نشاطاتها بإقصاء وحذف الأرشيف بطرق غير ملائمة مثل الحرق أو الرمي في الطبيعة مما يؤثر سلبا على البيئة والمحيط، دون مراعاة للإجراءات القانونية المتضمنة في النصوص التنظيمية والمتعلقة بعمليات إقصاء الأرشيف، وقد يكون هذا التصرف صادر عن بعض الإداريين أو الأرشيفيين، وانطلاقا من هذه الإشكالية فإن هذا البحث يهدف إلى التعرف على الطرق غير الملائمة لحذف الأرشيف وتأثيراتها السلبية على البيئة والمحيط، ومن ثم توضيح الطرق الملائمة في إقصاء الأرشيف لحماية البيئة من كافة الأضرار الناجمة عن الطرق غير الملائمة؛ ليصل البحث إلى أن هناك عمليات إقصاء وحذف للأرشيف بطرق غير ملائمة والتي تؤثر سلبا على البيئة، فضلا عن تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات التي تساهم في التحكم في هذه الظاهرة أو الحد منها على الأقل، لا سيما تدعيم المنظومة القانونية بآليات الرقابة وترسيخ الثقافة البيئية في الوسط الإداري للمؤسسات. Many institutions, regardless of the nature of their activities, dispose of and dispose of archives inappropriately, for example by burning or throwing in nature, which negatively affects the environment, Without taking into account the legal procedures contained in the regulatory provisions relating to the disposal of archives, and this may be the behavior of some administrators or archivists, and based on this issue, the research aims to identify ways of disposing of archives and its negative effects on the environment, and then explain appropriate means to dispose of records to protect the environment from any damage caused by inappropriate manners; the research offers a set of recommendations that help to control or at least reduce this phenomenon, including the strengthening of the legal system of control mechanisms and the establishment of environmental culture in the administrative management of institutions.
