الملخص

الملخص: تعتمد المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية {الإنتربول} قاعدة بيانات ضخمة، تتضمن العديد من الآليات، خاصة منها النشرات، والتي من خلالها يتم مشاركة المعلومات المتعلقة بمختلف القضايا الجنائية التي تدخل ضمن عمل المنظمة على مستوى دولي، حيث تبين الإحصاءات التي تقدمها هذه الأخيرة حول عدد النشرات مدى استجابة الدول المنظمة إليها وكذلك الكيانات الدولية التي تجمعها مع المنظمة اتفاقيات تعاون خاصة الأمم المتحدة في مشاركة المعلومات الجنائية مع بعضها، بهدف حل القضايا الجنائية كالقبض على المجرمين الفارين، واسترجاع القطع الأثرية المهربة وغيرها، وبالتالي المساهمة بشكل فعال في الحد من الجريمة. Abstract : INTERPOL provides a large database, which contains many types of data, especially notices, where it exchanges information about crimes and criminal investigations at the international level with Member States and international entities, Through the number of color notices and special notices issued by INTERPOL, we can determine the degree of resort of Member States and international entities as well as some international courts to exchange information with each other on criminal cases and thus obtain the necessary assistance to resolve these issues in a short time, as the number of them (notices) gradually increased, which Demonstrates the importance of these releases in a criminal investigation.
