الملخص
الملخص ان وظائف الدبلوماسية تتحدد في اهداف رئيسية منها التمثيل الدبلوماسي في التفاوض واعداد التقارير , كما تتميز الدبلوماسية كونها علمية وحضارية ومن انواع الدبلومسية بحسب الحاجة اليها قد تكون دبلوماسية تقليدية او دبلوماسية تنمية او دبلوماسية مؤتمرات ودبلوماسية وقائية ,وتكمن اهمية الدبلوماسية في المجتمعات وفي حياة الشعوب بانها اداة رئيسية في تحقيق الاهداف للسياسة الخارجية , ويمكن ان تستخدم كاحدى الاداوات لتنفيذ الاهداف , فالوظيفة الرئيسة للدبلوماسية هو لتمثيل مصالح الدولة, وتفيد في تقريب وجهات النظر عن طريق المفاوضات بين دولتين او بين الدول , وايضاً تهتم في صياغة وتحديد الاغراض والاهداف واعداد المبادىء التوجيهية , التي يتم التعبير بحسن العلاقة واستيائها . Abstract The functions of diplomacy are determined by its main objectives, including diplomatic representation in negotiation and preparing reports. Diplomacy is also distinguished by being scientific and civilized and among the types of diplomacy according to the need for it. It may be traditional diplomacy, development diplomacy, conference diplomacy, and preventive diplomacy. The importance of diplomacy in societies and in the lives of peoples is that it A major tool in achieving the goals of foreign policy, and it can be used as one of the tools to implement the goals. The main function of diplomacy is to represent the interests of the state, and it is useful in bringing points of view through negotiations between two countries or between countries, and is also concerned with formulating and defining the purposes and goals and preparing guidelines, which Good relationship and dissatisfaction are expressed.
