ممارسة الشباب للموسيقى ودور الملكية الفكرية في ظل التغير الإجتماعي

الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر الموسيقى من بين أهم الفنون التعبيرية لدى مختلف المجتمعات باختلاف ثقافاتهم و انتماءاتهم، و ذلك لما تحتويه من معاني من خلال كافة مقاطعها و اجزائها التي يمكن ان تحدد هوية او ثفافة ما، حيث يرى العالم "فريت" أن الموسيقى تشكل إطار خاص للمراهقين لإختيار نطاق واسع من الحالات الشعورية والهويات وبالتالي بناء شخصياتهم، و هذا ما يتوجب على المجتمع ككل من أجل توجيه الشباب توجيها صائبا نحو ممارسته للموسيقى العقلانية"، و هو ما يعني ان لها وظيفة وهذا ما يتحقق من خلال إتباع منهج موسيقي مبني على أسس وقواعد منتظمة لإنتاج شباب يتمتع بثقافة موسيقية في ظل هذا التغير الإجتماعي، ولتشجيع هذا الإبداع الفكري والفني للأفراد والمحافظة عليه يظهر الدور الفعال لقانون حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية والذي يشمل كافة أعمال الفكر الإنساني من إنتاجات أدبية وفنية واختراعات والرموز، وهذا ما سنحاول التطرق لهمن خلال هذه الدراسة . الكلمات المفتاحية: الشباب - الموسيقي - التغير الإجتماعي - التغيير الثقافي - الملكية الفكرية. Abstract: Music is one of the most important expressive arts in different societies, with different cultures and affiliations, because of the meanings it contains through all its sections and parts that can identify an identity or a culture، and the scientist "Fret" believes that music forms a special framework for adolescents to choose a wide range of emotional states and identities and thus build their personalities، and this is what society must, in order to correctly guide young people towards the practice of rational music, which means that it has a job, and this is achieved by following a musical curriculum based on regular foundations and rules to produce young people who enjoy musical culture in light of this social change ، To encourage and preserve this intellectual and artistic creativity of individuals, the effective role of the law on the protection of intellectual property rights appears, which includes all the works of human thought from literary and artistic products, inventions and symbols, and this is what we will try to address it through this study.
