أمن البيانات في ظل التقاضي الرقمي

الملخص
إنّ حماية المعلومات هو أحد أبرز وأهم المجالات التي تقوم بالحفاظ على البيانات من كافة التهديدات، حيث يعتبر بأنّه ذو أهمية كبيرة، ويتم الحاجة إليه في أي شركة أو مؤسسة تمتلك بياناتها الخاصة، وممَا لا شك أنّ العالم يعيش ثـورة معلوماتيـة هائلـة، ومن المفترض أن ينعكس على مرفق القضاء ككل، حيث ساهمت التطورات التكنولوجية في تحقيق سرعة في الفصل في مختلف الدعاوي. حيث أنَ التقاضي الإلكتروني يعتبر فعالاً إذا ما توفرت له الوسائل القانونيـة والماديـة، إلَا أنَه يمكن أن يشكل مساساً بحقوق الأفراد إذا لم يطبق بالشكل الأمثل. أمن البيانات بات غاية لابدَ من تحقيقها في نطاق قضاء الدولة؛ وبالتالي لابدَ من اتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات واحتياطات، ووضع الضوابط اللازمة لتحقيق سرية وأمن البيانات، لحماية حقوق الأشخاص المعنية بالبيانات Information protection is one of the most important areas for preserving data from all threats. is considered to be of great importance and needed in any company or enterprise that possesses its own data. The world is undoubtedly experiencing an enormous information revolution and is supposed to be reflected in the judicial facility as a whole. Technological developments have contributed to the speedy disposition of various cases. Electronic litigation is effective if it is provided with legal and material means, but it can infringe individuals' rights if it is not applied in an optimal manner. Data security has become an end to be achieved within the State's jurisdiction and therefore necessary procedures and precautions must be taken, and controls established to achieve confidentiality and data security, to protect the rights of persons concerned with data.
