Algeria: Migration Flows

Abstract

Algeria holds a marginal place in terms of international migration which constitutes one of the oldest phenomena in the world. it has ratified all the United Nations international conventions and has been working to promote regular migration since 2003. As concerns skills mobility, algeria is much more faced with a severe brain drain namely of physicians than with a brain circulation or skills mobility.
