الملخص
تسعى الدول إلى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة التي تسمح بتحقيق احتياجات الأجيال الحالية دون المساس بقدرة الأجيال المقبلة.و في ضل العولمة و ما سمحت به من انتقال المعلومات و الثقافات لكنها تسببت في المقابل في زيادة تكاليف الأفراد مما يلزم الحكومات بضرورة توفير الرعاية لمحدودي الدخل لتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية .
