الملخص

الجامعة منظمة أخلاقية لأنها تُعنى بالبناء العلمي والأخلاقي للطلاب وتعتبر مهنة التعليم مهنة ذات رسالة سامية لما لها من تأثير على حاضر الأمة ومستقبلها. ويُعدّ الأستاذ الجامعي حجر الأساس بالمؤسسة الجامعية، فإذا اتّصف الأستاذ بالكفاءة وتماشى سلوكه مع الأخلاق الحميدة انعكس ذلك إيجابا على الطلبة من حيث التحصيل العلمي والأخلاق الإنسانية الراقية، وعليه فالعلاقة بين الأستاذ والطالب في الجامعة تحكمها مجموعة من أخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية، وهي مجموعة معايير السلوك الرسمية وغير الرسمية التي يستخدمها كل من الأستاذ والطالب، ترشد سلوكهم أثناء أداء مهامهم. فواجب الأستاذ أن يكون ملتزماً في سلوكه بالمعايير الأخلاقية، وأن يُسهم بجدّية في تربية طلابه وتهيئة الظروف المناسبة لنموّهم المعرفي والخلقي نمواً سليما، كما أنّ من واجب الطالب الجامعي الالتزام بأخلاقيات الجامعة وقيمتها، بالتزام التعامل باحترام مع أستاذه والالتزام بالواجبات والمهام الدراسية الموكّلة له. فتحديد الحقوق والواجبات للأستاذ الجامعي والتي تقابلها الحقوق والواجبات للطالب من شأنه أن يحقّق الإطار الأمثل لرفع مستوى الجامعة الجزائرية والرقي بها إلى مصاف كبريات الجامعات العالمية The University is an ethical organization because it is concerned with the scientific and ethical construction of students and considers the teaching profession to be a profession with a lofty message because of its impact on the present and future of the nation. The university professor is the cornerstone of the university institution, and if the professor is competent and his behavior is in line with good morals, this reflects positively on students in terms of educational attainment and high human ethics, and therefore the relationship between the professor and the student at the university is governed by a set of university ethics, which is the set of official and informal standards of conduct used by both the professor and the student to guide their behavior in the performance of their duties. The professor's duty is to be committed in his conduct to ethical standards, to contribute seriously to the education of his students and to create the conditions for their proper cognitive and moral development, and it is the duty of the university student to abide by the ethics and value of the university, by committing to dealing with respect with his professor and to abide by the duties and tasks assigned to him. Limiting the rights and duties of the university professor, which is matched by the rights and duties of the student, would achieve the optimal framework for upgrading the Algerian University and promoting it to the ranks of the world's leading universities.
