الملخص
الملخص: تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول ظاهرة استخدام الأرقام أو الأعداد بدل الأسماء في تعيين الوحدات الإقليمية أثناء الثورة الجزائرية (1954-1962). و(هي) تنطلق من فرضية مفادها أن الرقم كما يعبر عن الكم والمقدار والترتيب، هو أيضا بوصفه مقولة اجتماعية، يعبر عن أحوال كيفية صرفة تنبع من جوف المجتمع وتسبح في فضائه الثقافي وتتشابك مع بنيانه العميق. وبما أن حجم الدراسة لا يسمح بمعالجة مجمل الظاهرة، فإنها ركزتْ على مشكلة محددة وهي ترقيم وإعادة ترقيم الوحدات الاقليمية للولاية الثالثة (1956-1962). وفي هذا المسعى، حاولت (الدراسة) تجاوز المستوى السياسي-الاداري المتجلي حيث تؤدي الأرقام وظيفة تقنية محددة، لسبر الأغوار السوسيو-تاريخية العميقة بحثا عن المعاني الانثروبولوجية الأعمق والدلالات التاريخية الأعقد لظاهرة الترقيم الإقليمي. Résumé : Cette étude aborde le phénomène d'utilisation des nombres ou des Chiffres à la place des noms dans la désignation des unités territoriales pendant la révolution algérienne (1954-1962). Elle part de l'hypothèse que le chiffre, en tant qu'il exprime la quantité et l'agencement, est aussi une catégorie sociale exprimant des réalités purement qualitatives qui émergent du fond de la société, nagent dans son espace culturel et s'entremêlent avec sa structuration la plus profonde. A titre d’exemple, cet article traite la problématique de la numérotation et renumérotation des unités territoriales de la Willaya 3 (1956-1962), tout on tentant d'aller au-delà du niveau politico-administratif apparent; où les chiffres remplissent une fonction technique bien déterminée, pour sonder les profondeurs socio-historiques à la recherche de significations anthropologiques clairvoyantes et de connotations historiques consistantes. Abstract : This study approaches the phenomenon of the use of numbers instead of names in the designation of territorial units during the Algerian revolution (1954-1962). It starts from the hypothesis that the number, insofar as it expresses quantity and arrangement, is also a social category expressing purely qualitative realities which emerge from the depths of society, swim in its cultural space and intertwine with its deepest structure. For example, this article deals with the problem of the numbering and renumbering of the territorial units of Willaya 3 (1956-1962), while trying to go beyond the apparent political-administrative level; where the numbers fulfill a well-defined technical function, to probe the socio-historical depths in search of far-sighted anthropological meanings and consistent historical connotations.
