الملخص
تتميّز اللغة بمجموعة مظاهر منها التنوّع والتعدد والازدواج والأحادية والتداخل والنمو الخ . واللغة العربية تخضع لهذه المظاهر ، وفي وسط ذلك تسعى الدول الكبرى إلى وحدانية اللغة حفاظا على وحدتها الوطنية . تتناول هذه الدراسة قضية التعدد اللغوي في المنطقة المغاربية وتأثيراتها الإيجابية والسلبية ، وهذا التباين في التأثيرات يطرح أمامنا إشكالية أساسية ،وهي محاولة الكشف عن مظاهر التعدد اللغوي ومشكلاته ، وأبرز قضاياه في الساحة المغاربية ، ودراسة المواقف المؤيدة أو الرافضة . وتهدف الدراسة إلى بيان مسالك التعدد الذي أفرزته الأوضاع التاريخية والتعدد المصنوع الذي صنعته الإيديولوجيا - بيان أثر التعدد على وحدة التفكير - التعدد سلاح تستعمله القوى الكولونيالية لتقسيم الشعوب - التعددية داعمة للغة العربية الجامعة - إبراز حتمية التعايش بين اللغات Language is characterized by a set of manifestations, including diversity, plurality, duality, monism, overlapping, growth, etc. The Arabic language is subject to these manifestations, and in the midst of that the major countries seek to unite the language in order to preserve their national unity. This study deals with the issue of multilingualism in the Maghreb and its positive and negative effects. This difference in influence poses a fundamental problem before us, which is an attempt to reveal the manifestations of linguistic pluralism and its problems, and its most prominent issues in the Maghreb arena, and to study the positions of support or rejection.
