الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية ،إلى دراسة استراتيجية تقويم الكفايات التدريسية لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية ومتابعة ومعاينة أهم المعايير والخصائص المساهمة في تفعيلها وتطورها ،من أجل استخدامها و اسثمارها من طرف المعلم ليكتسب أعلى درجة من الكفاية الوظيفية التي تتطلبها المهمة النبيلة، وخاصة في فنيات إعداد الدرس،ومهارة تنفيذ الدرس ،وعملية التقويم ،بالإضافة إلى قياس كفايات الاتصال والتفاعل الصفي ، مما تمكنه من تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية العامة وفق المنهاج والغايات المسطرة . Abstract : The current study aims to study the strategy of evaluating the teaching competencies of primary school teachers And follow-up and preview the most important standards and characteristics contributing to their activation and development, in order to be used and invested by the teacher to acquire the highest degree of functional competence required by the noble task, especially in the techniques of preparing the lesson, the skill of implementing the lesson, and the evaluation process, in addition to measuring the competencies of communication and classroom interaction, Which enables him to achieve the general educational goals according to the curriculum and the established goals.
