رؤية استراتيجية لترسيخ مشروع الجامعات من أجل التنمية المستدامة دراسة سوسيولوجية تحليلية لآراء عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين

الملخص
نود من خلال هذه الدراسة التأكيد على ضرورة التحول البنيوي الوظيفي لأدوار الجامعة العصرية والتخلي عن الوظيفة التقليدية الممتثلة في التعليم والتكوين واعداد خريجي الجامعات لسوق العمل، وبل تداعيات العصر ومتطلبات المجتمع واحداثيات العصر تلح على تحول مؤسسات التعليم العالي بكل اصنافها واهتماماتها العلمية والتخصصية الى جامعات منتجة تشاركية في التنمية المستدامة. وأن الاتجاه العالمي لرسالة الجامعة يتطلب أن تكون الرؤية موحدة لبلوغ الأهداف ويتم ذلك بمشاركة كافة الاتجاهات الفكرية والسياسية في المجتمع في صياغة فلسفة التعليم الجامعي لأفراد المجتمع والمحيط وحثهم على توظيف إمكانيات البيئة المحلية ومؤسساتها لتحقيق أهداف التعليم العالي وتعزير جسور الثقة مع المؤسسات الانتاجية والصناعية والخدماتية لبلورة تصورات جديدة تخدم مصالح الجامعة من جهة والمؤسسات التنموية الاقتصادية من جهة أخرى. Abstract: Through this study, we would like to emphasize on the need of structural and functional transformation of the roles of the modern university and the abandonment of the traditional compliant function in education and training and the preparation of university graduates for the labor market, and even the repercussions of the times and the requirements of the society and the coordinates of the era insist on the transformation of higher education institutions of all kinds and scientific and specialized interests into productive universities participatory in sustainable development and that the global direction of the university's mission requires that the vision must be unified to achieve the goals, and this is done with the participation of all intellectual and political trends in society in formulating the philosophy of university education for the members of the society and the environment and urging them to use the capabilities of the local environment and its institutions to achieve the goals of higher education and strengthen bridges of trust with productive, industrial and service institutions to crystallize new perceptions that serve the interests of the university on one hand and economic development institutions on the other hand. We also seek to highlight the current situation, identify the most important obstacles, and find solutions and ways to promote a sustainable productive university.
