الملخص

تعتبر الجزائر من بين الدول التي تبنت الإدارة الالكترونية وتحاول تعميمها على مختلف القطاعات والإدارات من اجل توفير المرونة اللازمة في التعاملات استجابة للمتغيرات الداخلية و الخارجية المتلاحقة، ودعم التواصل بين الإدارة العمومية وفروعها وبين المؤسسات والمواطنين وكذلك من اجل اختصار الوقت، الجهد، المسافة والتكلفة التي تحتاجها تلك التعاملات ومن اجل ذلك باشرت الدولة في توفير المقومات اللازمة سواء على مستوى البنية التحتية، أو البنية التشريعية والأمنية، وتأهيل الموارد البشرية القادرة على التعامل مع هذه التكنولوجيا بما يتناسب وظروف الدولة وبحث سبل استخدام تطبيقاتها في مختلف الإدارات العمومية. Algeria is among the countries that have adopted electronic administration and is trying to generalize it in various sectors and administrations in order to provide the necessary flexibility in dealings in response to successive internal and external changes, and to support communication between public administration and its branches and between institutions and citizens, as well as in order to shorten the time, effort, distance and cost that It is needed by these transactions, and for that, the state has embarked on providing the necessary ingredients, whether at the level of infrastructure, or the legislative and security structure, and qualifying human resources capable of dealing with this technology in accordance with the conditions of the state and discussing ways to use its applications in various public administrations.
