الملخص
الملخص: يرتكز العمل الاجتماعي على الأسس المعرفية والممارسة العملية، وللاستجابة المجتمعية وقوة الإلحاح والحاجة من طرف المجتمع، لذلك فإن قضية الاعتراف المجتمعي والأداء المهني دور مهم في بقاء المهنة وممارستها وترجمتها على أرض الواقع بهدف تحقيق حياة كريمة للمجتمع. ولقد توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى: أهمية السياق التاريخي والاجتماعي الذي مر به العمل الاجتماعي وفرض وجوده كعلم قائم بذاته، وأن لمصادر الاعتراف المجتمعي قوة في إعطاء التصديق والاستجابة للمهنة، بالإضافة إلى أن الاعتراف وواقع الممارسة والأداء المهني للمهنة في الجزائر مازال يعاني من نقائص ومشاكل لابد من تداركها، كما أن الخدمات التي تقدمها مؤسسات العمل الاجتماعي تحتاج إلى الدراسة في برامجها. الكلمات المفتاحية: العمل الاجتماعي؛ الاعتراف المجتمعي؛ الأداء المهني؛ فعالية الأداء. Abstract : Social work is based on the foundations of knowledge and practical practice, the societal response and the strength of urgency and need on the part of the community, so the issue of societal recognition and professional performance has an important role in the survival of the profession, its practice and its translation on the ground in order to achieve a decent life for the community. The current study has concluded: The importance of the historical and social context that social work has experienced and its existence as a stand-alone science, and that the sources of societal recognition have power in giving ratification and response to the profession, in addition to the fact that recognition and the reality of practice and professional performance of the profession in Algeria still suffers from shortcomings and problems that must be addressed. and the services provided by social work institutions need to be studied in their programs.
