أهمية الإرشاد التربوي في التخفيف من ظاهرة الهدر التعليمي

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف المقال إلى التعرف على أهمية الإرشاد التربوي ودوره في التخفيف من ظاهرة الهدر التعليمي، التي باتت تؤرق كل من له علاقة بالعملية التعليمة. وذلك من خلال الاطلاع على الأدب التربوي والدراسات والبحوث التربوية التي تناولت ظاهرة الإهدار التعليمي، وذلك من حيث تشخيص المشكلة سواء بمعرفة الأسباب أو العوامل التي ساعدتها على انتشارها في مدارسنا. ومن ثمّ عرض لأهم التصورات والاستراتيجيات المقترحة من طرف التربويين التي حاولت أن تساهم في تقديم بعض الحلول للتخفيف من هذه الظاهرة المدمرة للتلميذ والأسرة والمجتمع على حد سواء. ويركز المقال على أهمية الإرشاد التربوي في الوقاية من تفشي هذه الظاهرة، وتقديم الحلول والعلاج المناسب للتقليل من الفاقد التعليمي سواء أكان على شكل رسوب أو تسرب مدرسي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الارشاد التربوي؛ الهدر التعليمي؛ الرسوب المدرسي؛ التسرب المدرسي. Abstract: The article aims to identify the importance of educational guidance and its role in alleviating the phenomenon of educational waste, which has become a concern for everyone involved in the educational process. And that is through reviewing the educational literature and educational studies and research that dealt with the phenomenon of educational waste, in terms of diagnosing the problem, whether by knowing the causes or factors that helped it spread in our schools. And then presented the most important perceptions and strategies proposed by educators that tried to contribute to providing some solutions to alleviate this devastating phenomenon for the student, family and society alike. The article focuses on the importance of educational guidance in preventing the spread of this phenomenon, and providing solutions and appropriate treatment to reduce educational loss, whether it is in the form of repetition or school dropout.
