الملخص
إن ظاهرة الفساد لا تضبطها حدود زمانية أو مكانية فهي متفشية في جميع بلدان العالم وبدرجات متفاوتة، والبلدان العربية بشكل أخص تعاني من شيوع هذه الظاهرة بتجلياتها ومظاهرها المختلفة أثرت بشكل سلبي على أركان تنميتها ومسار تقدمها، وهذا الوضع استدعى ضرورة البحث والتقصي للتشخيص والوقوف على أسباب هذه الظاهرة بغية اقتراح حلول، ولعل النموذج المثالي في مكافحتها تبني تلك الأساليب المستمدة من أحكام وتعاليم الدين الإسلامي الصالح لكل زمان ومكان. لا سيما وأن التاريخ يشهد أن الحضارة الإسلامية كانت في أوجها عندما طبقت الشريعة بحذافيرها. Corruption is not determined by time or place. It's worldwide spread in different degrees. The Arabic countries especially suffer from the widespread of this phenomenon with its various forms which negativity impacted their growth and development. This situation necessitated search and scrutiny to find out the reasons of this serious problem and, therefore, suggest solutions to fight it. Perhaps, the ideal sample (model) to fight corruption is the adoption of the teachings and doctrines of Islam which is valid for any time and place. Especially that the Islamic civilisation was at its summit when it applied Islam perfectly
