التكفل الأسري بالصدمة النفسية الناتجة عن الإساءة الوالدية لدى حالات الهروب المنزلي باستخدام تقنية العلاج الأسري البنائي لـ Salvador Minucchin -دراسة ميدانية لحالة تعاني الهروب المنزلي-

الملخص
تعتبر ظاهرة الإساءة الوالدية مشكل يمس جميع المجتمعات والثقافات، وقد نالت اهتمام العديد من التخصصات على اختلاف موضوعات دراساتها وذلك لما هذه الظاهرة من آثار نفسية جسيمة على الفرد، إذ تشمل على علاقة تفاعلية بين ظاهرتين: الأولى اجتماعية وتتمثل في العنف المسلط من شخص على آخر وفي بحثنا هذا هو الإساءة الوالدية، والأخرى ظاهرة نفسية تتمثل في الآثار والمعاناة النفسية للأبناء التي تخلفها سوء المعاملة الوالدية. هذا ما نسعى لدراسته في هذه المداخلة، حيث تطرقنا إلى جانبين، جانب نظري شمل الإطار المفاهيمي للدراسة يضم كل من مفهوم التكفل الأسري متمثلا في العلاج البنائي المعتمد كتقنية في هذه الدراسة، ومفهوم الإساءة الوالدية وآثارها النفسية المتمثلة في الصدمة النفسية المؤدية لظاهرة الهروب من البيت العائلي. هذا وقد تعزز الجانب النظري بآخر تطبيقي متمثل في دراسة ميدانية عيادية لحالة عانت ولا تزال تعاني الهروب المنزلي، حيث اعتمدنا على تقنية العلاج العائلي البنائي في التكفل بهذه الحالة. The phenomenon of parental abuse is a problem that affects all societies and cultures. It has attracted the attention of many disciplines with different topics of study, due to the profound psychological effects on the individual, as it includes an interactive relationship between two phenomena: the first is social. It is represented in violence imposed by one person on another, in the current research is parental abuse, and the other is the psychological phenomenon represented in the effects and the sufferance of children caused by parental abuse. This is what we seek to study in this intervention, where we tackled two aspects, a theoretical aspect that included the conceptual framework of the study that provides for both the concept of family sponsorship represented in the constructive treatment adopted as a technique in the study, moreover, the concept of parental abuse and its psychological effects of psychological trauma leading to the escaping from the family home. The theoretical part was reinforced by an applied one represented in a clinical case study that suffered, and still, from home escape, where we relied on the constructive family therapy technique to take care of this case.
