قراءة تأصيلية في مخطوط " إمعان البيان في حكم الأجرة على القرآن " لابن العنابي

الملخص
مسألة أخذ الأجرة على قراءة القرآن من أهم المسائل التي اختلفت فيها المذاهب الفقهية، تناولها ابن العنابي مبينا حكمها على حسب الثابت فقها، مرجعا ذلك إلى سؤال وارد من تركيا عن حكمها ومقدارها، وقد اجتهد ابن العنابي في تحديد الحكم معتمدا على بيان المنافع المتعدية ومسالك النظر، والأخبار المتعقلة بالإجارة على القرآن، ومختلف هذه القواعد التي طبقها ابن العنابي يُظهر مدى اتساع ثقافته الشرعية والفقهية، حيث تدرج في الاستدلال على الحكم بداية من القرآن والسنة النبوية، مرورا بالإجماع والقياس، وصولا إلى دلالات الألفاظ ومسائل الاجتهاد والمقاصد، وستقف هذه الدراسة على مختلف المواضع التابعة لهذه الأصول، وبيان منهج ابن العنابي في بناء الحكم الشرعي Rooted reading in manuscript "Auditing statement in the verdict of the payment on the Koran “ For Ibn Laannabi The issue of taking payment for reading Koran is one of the most important issues that the Islamic jurisprudence schools had disagreed about it . Ibn Laannabi Dealt with it by indicating its verdict according to the jurisprudentially constant . Ascribing this to a question from Turkey about its verdict and its amount . Ibn Lannaabi worked so hard for determining its verdict relying to the transitive benefits statement and the consideration conduct , and the news related to the payment on Koran . And these different rules applied by Ibn Laannabi shows the extent of his religious and jurisprudence culture, in which he gradate in the inference on the verdict starting by Koran and Sunnah , passing through unanimous and measurement , coming to semantics and diligence issues and purposes . This study will stand on the various positions of these assets, And on the statement of Ibn Laannabi methodology in making the legitimate judgment
