الملخص
تعدّ نوازل البلبالي من أغنى المدونات التي عاجلت الجوانب الاجتماعية بمنطقة توات، حيث تناولت العديد من الفتاوى والمسائل الفقهية السائدة في عصره، ومن بينها موضوع المرأة الذي شغل حيّزا وافرا ومهما، ودراسة تاريخها يبين مدى اهتمام مجتمع توات بكيانها الإنساني، من جهة امتلاكها للمال، وحفها في الإرث، وتصرفها في شؤونها الخاصة، واعتمادها على نفسها، وممارستها للأنشطة المختلفة، من خلال هذه الدراسة تظهر أساليب تعامل أهل توات مع المرأة في مختلف الجوانب الاجتماعية، خاصة ما تعلق منها بالزواج والطلاق وسائر القضايا المتعلقة بأحكام شرعية، "The situation of the Al toatiya women through the descendings Al Ghania of Bulbala through 13 e / m 19" century Prof. Ben abd lmoumen Bahia Abstract The cataclysms Albulbali is one of the richest blogs that addressed the social aspects of the area of Touat . The treating methods of the people of Touat with women in a different social aspects appear through this study ; Especially those related to marriage, divorce and other issues concerning the provisions of legitimacy.
