فاعلية التعليم الإلكتروني والتعليم الحضوري في ظل جائحة كورونا

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الفرق بين التعليم التقليدي والتعليم الإلكتروني وأثر جائحة كورنا على العملية التعليمية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة والطلبة ،واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي ,وتكونت العينة من 16 أستاذ و100 طالب ،وتوصلنا على أن التعليم التقليدي والتعليم الإلكتروني متغيران مرتبطان إضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق بين التعليم التقليدي والتعليم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر الأساتذة والطلبة، مع وجود فروق بين الأساتذة والطلبة في العملية التعليمية، وأن جائحة كورنا أثرت على العملية التعليمية بدرجة كبيرة ،ولذلك نوصي إلى الدمج بين التعليم التقليدي والتعليم الإلكتروني وإقامة دورات تدريبية بشكل مستمر. The study aimed to find out the difference between traditional education and e-learning and the impact of the Corona pandemic on the educational process from the point of view of teachers and students, and we relied on the descriptive approach, and the sample consisted of 16 professors and 100 students, and we concluded that traditional education and e-learning are two related variables in addition to the absence of differences between Traditional education and e-learning from the point of view of professors and students, with differences between professors and students in the educational process, and that the Corona pandemic affected the educational process to a large extent, and therefore we recommend the integration of traditional education and e-learning and the establishment of training courses on an ongoing basis
