الحماية الدولية لحقوق الطفل على ضوء أحكام القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان

الملخص
ان حقوق الطفل هي من اهم مواضيع حقوق الانسان التي اهتمت بها الهيئات الدولية والاقليمية وكذا المنظمات غير الحكومية وكان لهيئة للامم المتحدة الدور البارز في هذا الشان حيث قامت بابرام العديد من المواثيق التي ترمي الى حماية حقوق الاطفال بوصفها الفئة الاكثر ضعفا التي تحتاج الى الرعاية و الاهتمام كما اعتمدت على مجموعة من الاليات المتمثلة في اللجان الدولية وكذا الوكالات الدولية المتخصصة التي لعبت دورا لا يستهان به في مجال حقوق الطفل ومن بين النتائج المتوصل اليها هي مكافحة الاستغلال الاقتصادي الاطفال و كذا الاستغلال الجنسي لهم ومكافحة حرمان الاطفال من الحقوق الاساسية كالحق في الرعاية الاسرية والحق في التعليم وغيرها من الحقوق اللصيقة بالانسان. The child rights are considered as one of the most important human rights issues that have been taken care of by international and regional bodies, as well as by non-governmental organizations. The United Nations had a prominent role in this regard, as it concluded many charters aimed at protecting the rights of children as the most vulnerable group that needs care and attention. It also relied on a set of mechanisms represented by international committees as well as specialized international agencies that played a significant role in the field of child rights. Among the results reached are combating the economic exploitation of children as well as sexual exploitation of children and combating the deprivation of children from basic rights such as the right to family care and the right Education and other human rights.
