الوسائط التكنولوجية الحديثة ودورها في تطوير أساليب التعليم وكفاءاته باللغة العربية

الملخص
ملخص: تعدّ الوسائط التكنولوجية عاملا أساسيا في تطوير التعليم بمختلف مراحله، لإسهامه الكبير في تحسين جودة التعليم، لكن إن أحسنا استخدامها بشكل متقن، يهدف هذا المقال إلى الكشف عن استعمالات مختلف الوسائط التكنولوجية في المجال التعليمي؛ لمعرفة تأثير هذه الوسائط في تعليم اللّغة العربيّة، ودورها في بناء كفاءات المتعلّم اللّغوية في مراحل التعليم ما قبل الجامعي . ومن أهمّ نتائج هذا المقال؛ أنّ للوسائط التكنولوجية دورًا كبيرًا في اكتساب المتعلّم معارفَ لغويةً متنوعة، تساعده في الاندماج ضمن حلقة التواصل العامة، فيكون قادرا من خلالها على حسن سبك العبارات وتركيبها، وتوظيفها في مختلف السياقات الكلامية بشكل صحيح، ناهيك عن قدرتها على بناء كفاءات المتعلّم بناءً متكاملاً يكون فيه المتعلّم مدركًا موضوع الدرس ومحيطًا به، فكرًا ولغة وتعبيرا وكتابة، وقادرًا على حسن الربط بين عناصره، في جوّ يراعَى فيه كل ما له علاقة بالجوانب النفسية والاجتماعية مع سرعة تثبيت المعلومات والمعارف المكتسبة واسترجاعها في المواقف الحية. وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي توصّل المقال إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أنّ الوسائط التكنولوجية الحديثة بإمكانها خلق ثروة فكرية ولغوية لدى المتعلمين، وتوجيه سلوكهم بشكل إيجابي لتحقيق التوازن النفسي والاجتماعي، وبناء العقل الإنساني الجديد القادر على حل الإشكالات المفاجئة والتعامل مع مختلف الأزمات التي تعيق البناء الاجتماعي والحضاري الجديد. كلمات مفتاحية: تكنولوجيا، الوسائط، الكفاءة ، التعليم، العربية ، المدرسة الجزائرية Abstract: Technological media is a fundamental factor in the development of education in its various stages, for its great contribution to improving the quality of education, but if we use it well in a perfect way. This article aims to detect the uses of Technological Multimedia in the educational field for know the effect of these Multimedia use on the teaching and learning the Arabic language, and its role in achieve the linguistic competencies of the learner in the pre-university education sector. The most important results of this article is that technological multimedia has a great role in acquiring linguistic knowledge for the learner in linguistic communication. He will be able to formulate sentences correctly and employ its in contexts with high skill, with fixation speed and retrieval of the acquired information in the reality. Using the descriptive approach, the article reached a basic conclusion that modern technological media can create intellectual and linguistic wealth for learners, direct their behavior positively to achieve psychological and social balance, and build a new humanity mind capable of solving sudden problems and dealing with the various crises for the new social and civilizational structure. Résumé : Les médias technologiques sont un facteur fondamental dans le développement de l'éducation à ses différentes étapes, pour sa grande contribution à l'amélioration de la qualité de l'éducation, mais si nous les utilisons bien de manière parfaite. Cet article vise à détecter les usages du Multimédia Technologique dans le domaine éducatif pour connaître l'effet de ces usages du Multimédia sur l'enseignement de la langue arabe, et son rôle dans l'acquisition des compétences linguistiques de l'apprenant dans le secteur de l'éducation pré-universitaire. Les résultats les plus importants de cet article sont que le multimédia technologique jouez un grand rôle dans l'acquisition de connaissances linguistiques pour communication linguistique. L'apprenant il sera capable de formuler correctement des phrases dans des contextes avec une grande habileté, rapidité de fixation et récupération des informations acquises dans la réalité. En utilisant l'approche descriptive, l'article est parvenu à une conclusion fondamentale que les médias technologiques modernes peuvent créer de la richesse intellectuelle et linguistique pour les apprenants, diriger leur comportement de manière positive pour atteindre un équilibre psychologique et social, et construire un nouvel esprit humain capable de résoudre des problèmes soudains et de faire face aux diverses crises pour la nouvelle structure sociale et civilisationnelle.
