الملخص
هذا البحث يعنى ببيان الغاية من الطعن في "البخاريّ وجامعه"؛ فهو بالقصد والمآل محاولة لإقصاء "السنّة" وزحزحة مصدريّتها، وتفكيكها وهي المرجعية لهذه الأمّة ومصدرُ وعْيها. والهدف منه ليس إقامة الأدّلة على صحّة الجامع أو بيان مكانته، أو الجواب عن الأحاديث التي انتقدت عليه، بل ينحصر في الردّ على من ظنّ أو زعم أنّ البخاري روى أحاديث باطلة معنى ودلالةً وتفرد بها، وأوهم أنه هو المسؤول عنها، ويكتسي البحث أهمية تتجلى فيما يلي: 1- تبرئة البخاري مما رمي به من الكذب والاختلاق للأحاديث. 2- تحصين العامة من تلك الشبهات المغرضة لإسقاط مصدر الهوية، وتشويه السنة المشرفة مرجعية الأمة. 3- تعرية هؤلاء الطاعنين باسم المنهج النقدي والحرية الفكرية. ومنطلق هذا البحث إشكاليات متعددة تتضمن أسئلة، منها: هل البخاري معصوم؟ هل يوجد في جامعه حديث تفرّد بروايته ولم يروه غيره؟ هل يوجد فيه حديث تفرّد بتصحيحه؟ هل فيه حديث أخطأ فيه وردّه النقّاد في زمانه أو سكتوا عنه؟ هل تفرّد البخاريّ برسم شروط الصحيح دون غيره من الأئمة؟ ما قيمة المستخرجات على صحيح البخاريّ؟ كيف سلّم المنتقدون المعاصرون لصحيح البخاريّ بصحّة تعقّبات الدارقطني - أو غيره- دون مناقشة لذلك؟ وقد أجاب البحث عن كل هذه الأسئلة بما هو مناسب في مثل هذه الدراسات النقدية. A defense of Sahih al-Bukhari is a defense of the honorable Sunnah Abstract: This research is concerned with clarifying the purpose of the criticizing Imam al-Bukhari and al-Jami’ al-Sahih book. This paper see that is an intentional and purposely attempt to exclude, displace the authenticity, and dismantle the Sunnah. Especially, Sunnah is a reference and a source consciousness. For the Muslim Umma. The aim of this paper is not to establish evidence for the authenticity of al-Jami’ al-Sahih or to clarify its position, or to answer to criticisms of some of his hadiths. Rather, it is limited to responding to those who thought or claimed, that al-Bukhari, uniquely, narrated invalid hadiths in meaning and significance as well as his responsibility of that. The research is of importance, because of the following: 1. Al-Bukhari acquitted of charges that he was lying and fabricating hadiths. 2. Protecting the public from these malicious suspicions, which intend to exclude and distort the Sunnah as source of identity and authority for the entire Ummah. 3. Uncovering the appellants who use the name of the criticism approach and intellectual freedom. The starting point of this paper is a number of problems manifested in the following questions: - Is Bukhari infallible? - Is there a hadith in his al-Jami’ al-Sahih that he was the only narrator, and now one else narrated the same hadith? - Is there a hadith that he was the only one who authenticate it? - Is there a hadith in which he was mistaken and the hadith criticizers of his time rejected it or were silent about it? - Did al-Bukhari formulate the conditions of the authentic hadith without other imams? - What is the value of the extracts on Sahih Al-Bukhari? - How did contemporary criticizers of Sahih al-Bukhari accept the authenticity of the comments of al-Daraqutni - or others - without discussion? This paper has answered all these questions in an appropriate way that corresponds to such criticism studies. Keywords: defense, Sahih al-Bukhari, Sunnah, criticism.
