The Reality Of Health Services In The Hospital Institution In Light Of The Adoption Of Modern Communication Technologies

Abstract
تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى تحديد مدى توافر تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة في أماكن الرعاية الصحية. وكشفت عن الدوافع والاشباع الناتج عن استخدام تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة بين الكادر الإداري والطبي للمؤسسات الصحية. اعتمدنا في دراساتنا الحالية على المنهج الوصفي وكذلك على الاستبيان. أجريت الدراسة بأخذ عينة من الكادر الطبي والإداري.خلصنا من خلال دراستنا إلى أن تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات ضرورة في مجال الرعاية الصحية ، حيث يرى أفراد عينة الدراسة أن استخدامها في المؤسسة سيحسن الخدمات الصحية والتحفيز والرضا لتسريع من وتيرة العمل. The research paper aims to determine the availability of modern communication technologies in healthcare settings. It revealed the motives and gratification resulting from the use of modern communication techniques between the administrative and medical staff of health facilities. In our current studies, we relied on the descriptive method as well as on the questionnaire. The study was conducted by taking a sample of administrative and medical staff. Through our study, we concluded that information and communication technology is a necessity in the field of health care, as members of the study sample see that its use in the facility will improve health services, motivation and satisfaction to speed up the pace of work.
