الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية للتركيز على أحد أهم محاور التفاعلات الدولية في الوقت الراهن والمتعلق بالتعاون الدولي في شقه الثقافي، ورصد أهم المعيقات والتحديات المطروحة التي تواجهها الجهود الدولية ، و لعل أبرزها الصراع بين القوى الكبرى لبسط النفوذ و الهيمنة الثقافية ، و كذا التأثير المباشر لطاهرة العولمة على الثقافات المحلية و الوطنية ، و الاستراتجيات الإعلامية التي تتبعها القوى العالمية لجعل الكل يسير في فلكها و عدم القدرة على الخروج من مسارها على جميع الأصعدة السياسية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و الثقافية . و هذا له تداعيات سلبية على تكريس مبدأ الحق في التنوع و حماية الخصوصية الثقافية و التركيبة العرقية للشعوب و الأمم في كل أنحاء العالم و يؤثر على السلم و الأمن الدوليين ، و هو ما يتطلب بدل جهود أكبر للمجموعة الدولية من خلال تشجيع ثقافة الحوار و السلام بين الشعوب و الأمم ، و بناء مجتمع المعرفة و مواجهة الهيمنة الثقافية ، و مكافحة الفقر و الجهل و تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للجميع . This research paper aims to focus on one of the most important axes of international interactions at the present time related to international cooperation in its cultural aspect, and to monitor the most important obstacles and challenges faced by international efforts, perhaps the most prominent of which is the struggle between major powers to extend influence and cultural hegemony, as well as the direct impact of the purity of globalization On the local and national cultures, and the media strategies followed by the global powers to make everyone walk in their orbit and the inability to deviate from its path at all political, economic, social and cultural levels. This has negative repercussions on the consolidation of the principle of the right to diversity and the protection of cultural privacy and the ethnic composition of peoples and nations in all parts of the world and affects international peace and security, which requires instead of greater efforts of the international community by encouraging a culture of dialogue and peace between Peoples and nations, building a knowledge society, confronting cultural hegemony, combating poverty and ignorance, and achieving sustainable development for all.
