The Effects Of The Covid-19 Pandemic On Algerian Sports Federation Management -case Study Of Football, Handball, And Volleyball Federations-

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to shed light on the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the management of Algerian sports federations. The descriptive approach was chosen because it was appropriate for the nature and subject of the study, and the questionnaire was chosen as the primary tool for data and information collection. The study sample was chosen on purpose, and it included (64) managers and administrators from Algerian sports federations (Football Federation, Handball Federation, and Volleyball Federation). The statistical data was processed using the SPSS program, and the following findings were obtained: The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant financial and economic impact on sports federation management. During the crisis, sports federations worked to find solutions to the financial crises of sports clubs. The Ministry of Youth and Sports' material and financial assistance is insufficient to combat a pandemic the size of Covid 19. Weak provision and use of modern technology to manage sports federations, making it difficult to keep track of their activities, administrative work, and meetings.
