The Executive Authority Contribution To Guidance In Legislating The Law Under The Algerian Constitutional Amendement Of 2020

الملخص
Abstract: This research aims to show the extent of the interference or contribution of the executive authority in the work of the legislative authority, through legislation in the Algerian system, which is the original competence of Parliament, and how the executive authority managed to dominate in some cases the powers of the legislative authority and to show the role of the President of the Republic in embodying this intervention because of its From wide powers granted to him by all successive Algerian constitutions and confirmed by the last constitutional amendment of 2020 without addressing legislation by orders.
