الملخص
الحماية الجنائية لحقوق الإنسان ذات أهمية بالغة للحفاظ على حقوق الإنسان المختلفة سواء كانت زمن السلم أو زمن الحرب، و لذلك كان لزاما على المجتمع الدولي إبرام اتفاقيات دولية نتج عنها القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان و القانون الدولي الإنساني، ثم نظام روما لسنة 1998، و التي عملت جميعها على وضع نصوص قانونية تحمي حقوق الإنسان في جميع المجالات و في كل الظروف و انطلاقا من هنا فإن هذا البحث يهدف إلى إبراز حماية القوانين الدولية الجنائية لحقوق الإنسان ، و دور الاتفاقيات الدولية و الأنظمة القانونية الدولية في هذه الحماية . لنخلص بعد ذلك إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها توصل المجتمع الدولي إلى وضع حماية جنائية دولية لحقوق الإنسان ، كذلك تكامل القوانين الدولية و تغطيتها لجميع المجالات والحالات التي تنتهك حقوق الإنسان ، بالإضافة إلى عدم تفعيل بعض النصوص القانونية الدولية يؤدي إلى المساس بحقوق الإنسان criminal protection of human rights is of paramount importance for the preservation of various human rights be it peacetime or wartime therefore, it was necessary for the international community to conclude international agreements that resulted in international human rights law , international humanitarian law , then the Rome statute of 1998.all of which worked on developing legal texts it protects human rights in all field and conditions , based on this , the research aims to highlight the protection of international criminal laws for human rights, and the role of international conventions and international legal systems in this protection, we then conclude with a set of results, the most prominent of which is the international community's establishment of an international criminal protection for human rights, As well as the integration of international laws and their coverage of all areas and circumstances compelling and violating human rights , in addition to the ambiguity of some international agreements , which leads to the loss of a set of human rights .
