حماية حق المؤلف في المكتبة الرقمية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الدور الذي تلعبه المكتبات في الحد من السرقات العلمية ومنع انتهاكات حقوق المؤلفين باستخدام التكنولوجيا وكذا حماية حقوق المؤلفين من الإعتداءات والحفاظ على البيانات وتشفير البيانات والسيطرة على الجرائم الإلكترونية، والحفاظ على التوازن بين مصالح وحقوق المؤلفين ورغبات واحتياجات المستفيدين، من خلال التوعية بالملكية الفكرية وأهميتها وكذا دور القوانين والتشريعات لحماية الملكية الفكرية في هذا الجانب. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن المكتبة الرقمية هي المكتبة التي تتجه سياستها نحو زيادة رصيدها من المصادر الرقمية سواء المنتجة أصلا في شكل رقمي أو التي تم تحويلها إلى الشكل الرقمي، وتتم عمليات ضبطها ببلوغرافيا وتنظيمها وصيانتها باستخدام نظام آلي متكامل، يتيح أدوات وأساليب بحث واسترجاع لمختلف أنواع مصادرها، ويتاح الولوج إلى مستودعاتها والاستفادة من خدماتها عن طريق شبكة حواسيب سواء كانت محلية أو عبر شبكة الأنترنت. This study aims at the role that libraries play in limiting scientific thefts, preventing violations of authors’ rights by using technology, as well as protecting authors’ rights from attacks, preserving data, data encryption and controlling electronic crimes, and maintaining a balance between the interests and rights of authors and the desires and needs of beneficiaries, through awareness of ownership. Intellectual property and its importance, as well as the role of laws and legislation to protect intellectual property in this aspect. The study concluded that the digital library is the library whose policy is directed towards increasing its stock of digital resources, whether originally produced in digital form or that have been converted to digital form. Access to its warehouses and benefit from its services is available through a computer network, whether local or via the Internet.
