الجهود الدولية في إطار الحماية القانونية للبيئة

الملخص
ملخص: لقد تبلور اهتمام المجتمع الدولي بحماية البيئة وذلك من خلال عقد العديد من المؤتمرات وإبرام عدة اتفاقيات دولية، التي كان لها الأثر في تطوير قواعد القانون الدولي البيئي، وذلك في إطار توفير الحماية القانونية للبيئة من كل المخاطر التي تهددها، باعتبار أن البيئة حق أساسي من حقوق الإنسان وأنها تشكل إحدى ركائز التنمية المستدامة، فالمحافظة على المجال البيئي بكل عناصره الحيوية واجب دولي على عاتق أفراد المجتمع الدولي وذلك من خلال التشجيع على الاقتصاد الأخضر، وهذا لتقليل من الآثار السلبية لظاهرة "التغير المناخي" التي أصبحت تعرقل الجهود الدولية في مجال حماية البيئة وهذا لغياب التفاهم بين الدول المتقدمة والنامية. ولهذا تم معالجة هذا الموضوع من خلال محورين، ففي المحور الأول تم التطرق إلى المؤتمرات الدولية لحماية البيئة برعاية الأمم المتحدة، أما المحور الثاني فتمت دراسة الاتفاقيات الدولية المبرمة في مجال حماية البيئة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجهود - الدولية - الحماية - القانونية - البيئة :Abstract I have crystallization interest the society international protect the environment and that from during a necklace many from conferences and conclusion several agreements international, that it was to her effect in development rules of law international environmental, and that in framework to provide protection legal for the environment from all risks that threaten her, considering that the environment right Basic from rightsthe human and it form one pillars development sustainable, the province on me the field environmental all its elements vitality duty international on my shoulders individuals the society international and that from during encouragement on me economy green, and this is to reduce from effects negativity for a phenomenon the change climate that become obstructed efforts international in field protection environment .and this is for absence understanding between countries advanced and developin That’s why it was completed to treat this subject from during two axes, in the axis the first it was completed broaching conferences international to protect the environment sponsored by of the nations united, as for axis second she died study conventions international concluded in the .field protection environment Keywords: efforts - international - protection - legal - the environment
