الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة للكشف عن واقع التكفل الأسري بالشخص المسن الذي تميزه بعض الخصائص الجسمية والنفسية والاجتماعية عن باقي فئات المجتمع، والكشف عن أهم العقبات التي تواجه الأسرة في مهمة التكفل به. توصلنا إلى نتائج مفادها أن مختلف أفراد الأسرة يساهمون في التكفل بقريبهم المسن، غير أنهم يَتَكِلون على فرد واحد وغالبا ما يكون الزوجة أو البنت أو زوجة الإبن، وهذا ما يؤثر سلبا على حالتهن النفسية والاجتماعية، بسبب الصعوبة التي يواجهنها في التعامل مع بعض الاضطرابات والأمراض التي تتطلب تكفل طويل المدى. This study aims to detect the reality of family support for the elderly, which is distinguished by certain physical, psychological and social characteristics, and to reveal the most important obstacles that the family faces in the task of taking care of him. We have come to conclusions that different family members contribute to the care of their aging relative, but they are dependent on a single individual, often the son's wife, daughter or wife, which negatively affects their psychological condition and social, because of the difficulty they encounter in dealing with illnesses that require sponsorship long term.
