الملخص
ملخص: يعد أحمد بن بلة أحد رجالات الأمة الجزائرية في تاريخها الحديث والذي ترك بصمات هامة في التاريخ السياسي للدولة الجزائرية منذ مرحلة النضال السياسي في صفوف الحركة الوطنية والتحضير للعمل المسلح من أجل الاستقلال والقيام بالثورة التحريرية ضد الاستعمار الفرنسي كأحد القادة السياسيين الفاعلين في تدويل القضية الجزائرية على المستوى الإقليمي والدولي، و جلب أكبر قدر ممكن من الدعم المادي و العسكري والسياسي للثورة وإبان الاستقلال وقيام الجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية انتخب في 15 سبتمبر 1963 رئيسا للجمهورية و بدأت معه مرحلة بناء الدولة الجزائرية الوطنية المستقلة والحديثة ولأن الاستعمار الفرنسي كان شاملا لكل مجالات الحياة، فإن ما ورثته الجزائر كان ليبقيها أسيرة، لهذا عمل الرئيس أحمد بن بلة على إقامة بناء وطني شامل يبرز استقلالية الجزائر ويجسد سيادتها بلا تبعية، وقد استطاع بحكمة وبصيرة الانتقال من حالة التعفن الاستعماري إلى الاندفاع في معركة البناء والتحرر الاجتماعي، ساعيا لتشييد ما تهدم طيلة سبع سنوات ونصف من الحرب والدمار بغية بناء مجتمع جديد ودولة جزائرية ذات سيادة وطنية ،إبراز المكانة الحقيقية للدولة الجزائرية في المحافل الدولية. تندرج إشكالية موضوعنا حول أحمد بن بلة ودوره في بناء معالم الدولة الجزائرية؟ ومدى مساهمته في تحديد وتوجيه السياسة الداخلية للجزائر والخيارات الكبرى للأمة ؟ . Abstract: Ahmed Ben Bella is considered one of his men in the Algerian nation in its modern history , who has left important imprints in the political history of the Algerian state since the stage of political freshness in the ranks the national movement and the preparation of armed action ror independence and the Algerian revolution against French colonialism as one of the active political leaders in codifying the Algerian issue at the level Regional and international and to bring the largest possible amount material, military and political support for the revolution between independence and the establishment of the people’s democratic republic of Algeria on 15 September 1963 as president of the Republic was elected , and with him the stage of building the independent and modern Algerian national state began . without dependency , his wisdom and insight were able to move from a state of rush in the battle of social construction in an effort to build what was destroyed by seven years of war and destruction it wanted to build a new society and an Algerian state with national sovereignty , striving hard to give Arabic language its true status as a civilized language expressing the values of the Algerian people and the most prominent the real place of the Algerian state in the international forums. The problematic of our topic is about Ahmed Ben Bella and his role in in Building the landmarks of The Algerian State 1962-1965.and the extent of his contribution to defining and directing Algeria’s internal policy and the nation’s major choices.
