واقع الإقتصاد غير الرسمي في الجزائر

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة ظاهرة الإقتصاد غير الرسمي في الجزائر، وعرض مختلف التدابير والإجراءات المعتمدة من السلطات للتقليص والحدّ من خطورة هذه الأنشطة، التي أثارت جدلا واهتماما كبيرا في دراسات الباحثين الاقتصاديين والسياسيين منذ زمن بعيد، فهي ظاهرة قديمة وعالمية موجودة مع اختلاف حدتها في كل البلدان المتقدمة والنامية على حدٍّ سواء. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ الجزائر من الدول التي يمثل فيها الإقتصاد غير الرسمي جزءا هاما من الإقتصاد، ولذلك قامت بتطبيق عدة إجراءات وتدابير اقتصادية لتشجيع الناشطين غير الرسميين للإنضمام للإقتصاد الرسمي تدريجيا، من خلال برامج إعداد وتنظيم الأسواق والفضاءات التجارية وكذا إدخال إصلاحات على المنظومة الجبائية والمصرفية. Abstract: This study aims to address the phenomenon of the informal economy in Algeria, and to present the various measures and procedures adopted by the authorities to reduce and limit the danger of these activities, which have sparked controversy and great interest in the studies of economic and political researchers for a long time, both developed and developing countries. Where the study concluded that Algeria is one of the countries in which the informal economy represents an important part of the economy, and therefore it has implemented several economic measures and measures to encourage informal activists to join the formal economy gradually, through programs to prepare and organize markets and commercial spaces, as well as introducing reforms to the tax and banking system.
