الملخص
يهدف المقال إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين دينامية التنظيم بمكتبات الكليات و تلبية احتياجات مستفيديها (طلبة، باحثين، اساتذة) ميدانياً من خلال تسليط الضوء على ما تتوفر عليه مكتبات الكليات من امكانيات مادية، و موارد بشرية مؤهلة و متخصصة، تهتم بإنجاز مختلف الوظائف الفنية و التقنية المرتبطة بإجراءات تنظيم و تحضير الرصيد الوثائقي ( كتب، معاجم، قواميس، أطروحات) و تنمية اقتنائه، لغرض تلبية احتياجات المجتمع الجامعي وفقاً للخدمات التي تقدمها للمستفيدين لأجل إنجاز بحوثهم و إعداد أطروحاتهم و مذكراتهم، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الكمي باستخدام العينة الطبقية، إضافة إلى جمع مختلف المعطيات بمكتبات الكليات لغرض تحديد النقائص المرتبطة بتلبية احتياجات المستفيدين و سدّها، مع إبراز أهمية برامج التكنولوجيا الحديثة و فعاليتها على غرار ذكر تطبيق despace The article aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between the organization’s dynamic in college libraries and meeting the needs of their beneficiaries (students; researchers; professors) in the field by highlighting the financial capabilities of college libraries; and specialized human resources; interested in accomplishing various technical jobs; and the technology associated with procedures for organizing and preparing the scientific documentary balance (books; dictionaries; theses) and developing its acquisition; for the purpose of meeting the needs of the university community in accordance with the services it provides to the beneficiaries; in order to complete their research and prepare their theses and notes; where we relied on the quantitative approach using the stratified sample; in addition to college libraries for the purpose of identifying deficiencies associated with meeting the needs beneficiaries and filling them; highlighting the importance and effectiveness of modern technology programs; similar to the mention of the despace application.
