الملخص
تُعد إدارة المخاطر في البنوك من أهم السياسات البنكية التي تساعد على تحقيق الأرباح والحفاظ على مُستوى أداء البنوك، حيث قمنا من خلال هذه الدراسة بتوضيح أهم المفاهيم الأساسية للمخاطر البنكية وطرق قياسها، ثم استعرضنا الدور الأساسي لإدارة المخاطر وأهميتها بالنسبة للبنوك، كما أشرنا للمحاور الأساسية التي جاءت بها لجنة بازل3 والتي ركزت على القواعد الاحترازية لمواجهة التعثرات البنكية، ثم تطرقنا إلى معرفة مدى التزام مديرية بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بالمدية بإدارة المخاطر البنكية وفق معايير لجنة بازل3، وذلك باستخدام استبيان وُجه لعينة مُكونة من 45مُوظف من مُوظفي مديرية البنك. لقد بَينت نتائج الدراسة أن أفراد العينة من الموظفين يرون أن مديرية البنك تتوفر على معايير إدارة المخاطر و هذا حسب مختلف الأبعاد،كما يوجد التزام عالٍ لدى مديرية البنك بإدارة المخاطر البنكية وفقا لما جاء في مقررات لجنة بازل3،كما دلت نتائج التحليل أيضا على أنه لا يُوجد اختلاف في تقييم مُوظفي مديرية البنك حول التزام هذه الأخيرة بإدارة المخاطر البنكية وفق معايير لجنة بازل3،حسب كُل مُتغير من المتغيرات الشخصية والمتمثلة في(النوع ( الجنس)، المؤهل العلمي والخبرة المهنية). Abstract: Risk management in banks is considered as one of the important banking strategies that help in profit achievement and ensure good level of bank performance. Hence, this study set the main concepts of bank risks, measurement tools, and the role of risk managements in banks. Moreover, this study focused on the main axes of Basel 3 committee, which stressed the precautionary rules to face bank default. The researcher used a questionnaire distributed to a sample consisting of 45 bank employees. Findings show that the study sample sees that the current directorate of bank has risk management standards. Moreover, the directorate of bank has a high-level commitment toward banking risks management according to Basel 3 committee on banking supervision. In addition, the study sample agrees that there are no significant differences in the employee's point of view based on gender, scientific qualification, and professional experience Abstract: This study aims to identify the extent of Medea's directorate of BADR banking risk commitment according to Basel 3 Committee on Banking Supervision.
