الدولة الوطنية في فكر فرحات عباس: المفهوم، المحدِّدات والمرتكزات

الملخص
نتناول في هذه الورقة البحثية الأسُس الايديولوجية التي وضعها "فرحات عباس" لتقديم تصوُّر عام واستشرافي لطبيعة الدولة الوطنية المُزْمَع إعادة بعثها بعد الاستقلال، والتي تبنّتها كتاباته وتصريحاته المختلفة طيلة مرحلتي الحركة الوطنية وثورة التحرير الجزائرية، وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتميط اللّثام عن هويّة الرّجل، ووطنيّته وتفكيره ونظرته إلى أحداث عصره، وفي خضمّ ذلك، سنحلّل تطوّر مفهوم الدولة لديه منذ أن كان اندماجيا مُطالبا بمطالب غير مجانسة مع الواقع الوطني، وُصولا إلى كونه أحد قادة الثورة المثقفين والسياسيين الفاعلين الذين برزوا على هرم أعلى الهيئات السياسية لثورة التحرير. فما هو مفهوم الدولة الوطنية عند فرحات عباس؟ وماهي منطلقاته في بناء هذا المفهوم؟ وهل حمَلَ فكر فرحات عباس مشروع دولة؟Abstract In this research paper, we address the ideological foundations developed by Farhat Abbas to present a general and forward-looking conception of the nature of the national state to be revived after independence, which was adopted by his various writings and statements throughout the stages of the national movement and the Algerian liberation revolution, and this study comes to reveal the identity of the man, his patriotism, his thinking and his view of the events of his time, and in the midst of this, we will analyze the evolution of the concept of the state he has from being an integration demanding demands that are heterogeneous with the national reality, up to being one of the leaders of the intellectual revolution And the active politicians who stood out on the pyramid of the highest political bodies of the liberation revolution. What is the concept of the nation-state for Farhat Abbas? What are its premises in building this concept? Did Farhat Abbas's thought carry a state project?
