واقع أخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية في العلوم الاجتماعية -دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة مولود معمري تيزي وزو.

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية من خلال اتباع منهج وصفي حيث تم التطرق في الجانب النظري إلى مفهوم أخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية و أهميتها بالنسبة للمجتمع بصفة عامة و الجامعة بصفة خاصة. وقد حصر الباحث أخلاقيات المهنة بالنسبة للأستاذ الجامعي من خلال الالتزام بمجموعة من القواعد و المبادئ و القوانين فيما يخص العمل البيداغوجي، أخلاقيات التقييم ، أخلاقيات الإشراف على الطلبة و أخلاقيات البحث العلمي . و كتدعيم للتراث النظري قام الباحث بدراسة ميدانية لمعرفة واقع الالتزام بهذه الأخلاقيات في الجامعة الجزائرية من خلال توزيع استبيان مكون من 16 بند على عينة مكونة من 30 طالب بقسم علم النفس بجامعة مولود معمري بتيزي وزوتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. هذه البنود مقسمة إلى أبعاد أخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية . وتم التوصل إلى ما يلي: -التزام الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري بأخلاقيات العمل البيداغوجي بـ64,16% - التزام الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري أخلاقيات التقييم بـ79,99% - التزام الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري أخلاقيات الإشراف على الطلبةبـ80,83 % - التزام الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري أخلاقيات البحث العلمي بـ73,33% في حين كان التزام الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري أخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية بـ74,57%. The study aims to shed light on the ethics of the university profession by following a descriptive approach, where the concept of university profession ethics and its importance to society in general and the university in particular was addressed in the theoretical aspect. The researcher restricted the profession ethics to the university professor by adhering to a set of rules, principles and laws with regard to pedagogical work, the ethics of evaluation, the ethics of supervising students and the ethics of scientific research. And as a support for the theoretical heritage, the researcher conducted a field study to find out the reality of commitment to these ethics in the Algerian university by distributing a questionnaire consisting of 16 items to a sample of 30 students in the Department of Psychology at the University of mouloud mamari in tizi ouzou , and they were chosen in a simple random way. These items are divided into the dimensions of the ethics of the university profession. The following was reached : -The commitment of the Algerian university professor to the ethics of pedagogical work with a rate of 64.16%. -The commitment of the Algerian university professor to the evaluation ethics at 79.99%. -The commitment of the Algerian university professor to the ethics of supervising students by 80.83%. -The commitment of the Algerian university professor to scientific research ethics at 73.33%. -While the commitment of the Algerian university professor to the ethics of the university profession was 74.57%.
