أساليب جمع المادة العلمية وطرق الاستدلال

الملخص
المقصود بجمع المادة العلمية هو إكتشاف منابع البحث، والمتعلقة أساسا بمختلف المصادر والمراجع، والتي لها علاقة بموضوع البحث، ثم حصرها من خلال البدء بالمصادر والمراجع العامة، ثم المتخصصة والحديثة. تكمن أهمية استجماع المادة العلمية في كون نجاح البحث العلمي- وخاصة في المجال القانوني- واكتسابه القيمة العلمية رهين بقوة المصادر والمراجع والوثائق الموثوقة والجدية، التي تم الاعتماد عليها في إنجاز البحث الذكور؛ فمصادر البحث تعد عامل مهم في تحديد القيمة العلمية للبحث، فإذا كانت منصادر معتمدة صادقة أو مخطوطات نادرة موثقة كان للبحث وزنه وقيمته العلمية. وعليه نخلص إلى القول أنه من أهم مميزات البحث العلمي أنه بحث منظم، وهذه الصفة تظهر جليا على سلوك الباحث أثناء إنجاز البحث، من خلال ضبط العملية البحثية ابتداء من وقت اختيار الموضوع وتحديد إشكالية البحثية مرورا بجمع المادة العلمية وتوثيقها بشكل يسهل مراجعتها إلى غاية الانتهاء من البحث. الكلمات المفتاحية: المادة العلمية – الاقتباس – التهميش – طرق الاستدلال. The purpose of collecting the scientific material is to discover the sources of the research, which are mainly related to the various sources and references which are related to the subject of the research, and then confine it by strating sources and general refrences, the modern specialized. The importance of gathering scientific matetial lies in the fact that the success of scientific research, especially in the legal field and its acquisition of scientific value depends on the strength of the sources and references and reliable and serious documents. Which was relied on in the completion of the research mentioned; research sources ate an important factor in determining the scientific value for research, if the sources are authentic certified or rare manuscripts documented the research. Weight and scientific value on of the most important features of scientific research is that it is an organized research, and this caracteristic is evident on the conduct of the researcher during the completion of the research by controlling the research process from the topic and determine the problem of research throught the collection of scientific material and documented in a way is easy to review until the completion of the research.
