الملخص
ملخص: تعد اللغة العربية لغة مميّزة بأصالة ماضيها وعراقة تاريخها وجذورها الموغّلة في القدم، ذلك عندما أعزّها الله جلّ وعلا واختارها لغة لكتابه الكريم، لِتنفرد بخصائصها عن باقي لغات العالم، لكن لا شكّ أنّها أمام تحديات حالية ومستقبلية متعدّدة، سيَّما في ظل ما يشهده العالم من ثورة علمية وتقنية ومعلوماتية في مختلف المجالات، الأمر الذي بات يستوجب جعل من اللغة العربية لغةً مواكبة لمستجدات التطوّر الحاصلة، ولن يتحقق هذا إلاّ باستغلال الإمكانات التكنولوجية المتاحة لبرمجتها في الحاسوب، خصوصا على ضوء ما قدّمته اللسانيات الحاسوبية في هذا الحقل المعرفي. تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف عند أثر ظهور هذه الأخيرة على اللغة العربية، وكذا رصد أهم مشاريع الباحثين العرب في سبيل عصرنتها، ونتوغل بعد ذلك إلى التحديات التي حالت في حوسبتها، وفي الختام نحاول عرض بعض الحلول الكفيلة لسد الفجوات التقنية التي تفصلنا عن الدول المتقدّمة. Abstract The Arabic language is a language distinguished by the authenticity of its past and the nobility of its history and its roots extending in ancient times, when God cherished it and chose it as the language of His Holy Book, to be unique in its characteristics from the rest of the world's languages. Especially what the world is witnessing of a scientific, technical and information revolution in various field. This revolution necessitates making the Arabic language keep pace with the developments taking place, and this will only be achieved by exploiting the technological capabilities to program it in the computer, especially benefiting from what computational linguistics has provided in this field of knowledge. This research paper seeks to stand at the impact of the emergence of this science of the Arabic language, as well as to monitor the most important projects of Arab researchers to advance it, and to point out the challenges that have occurred in its computerization, and in conclusion we try to present some solutions to bridge the technical gaps that separate us from the developed countries.
