الملخص
بعد دخول القوات الفرنسية الى منطقة الشلف مع بداية الاربعينات من القرن 19م واحكام سيطرتها على اهم المدن فيها كمدينة مليانة ومدينة مازونة ومدينة تنس ،شرعت الادارة الاستعمارية في عملية انشاء تجمعات عمرانية من اجل استقبال المستوطنين القادمين من فرنسا واوروبا ،وفي هذا السياق نجد ظهور مجموعة من المراكز الاستيطانية في المنطقة والتي تطورت مع الوقت واخذت شكل مدن مستوفية شروط المدينة ،ونحن في هذه الورقة البحثية سوف نتناول بالدراسة لمدينة هامة في منطقة حوض الشلف وهي مدينة اورليان فيل ،حيث تتطرق هذه الدراسة الى اهم العناصر الاساسية بهذه المدينة ،الجغرافية والتاريخية والاقتصادية والعمرانية والتي تحاول الاجابة عن اشكالية رئيسية والمتمثلة في :ماهي اهم ملامح السياسة العمرانية الفرنسية في منطقة الشلف خلال العهد الاستعماري؟ متبعين المنهج التاريخي والوصفي والاحصائي والمقارن الذي تقتضي هذه الدراسة اتباعها After the French forces entered the Chlef region at the beginning of the 1940s and took control of the most important cities in it, such as the city of Miliana, the city of Mazouna and the city of Tennis, the colonial administration embarked on the process of establishing urban communities in order to receive settlers from France and Europe, and in this context we find the emergence of a group of The settlement centers in the region, which developed with time and took the form of cities that met the conditions of the city, and in this research paper we will study one important city in the Chlef Basin region, namely the city of Orleans Ville , where this study addresses the most important basic elements of these cities, geographical, historical and economic and urbanism, which tries to answer a major problem represented in: What are the most important features of the French urban policy in the Chlef region during the colonial era? Following the historical, descriptive, statistical and comparative method that this study requires to be followed.
