اِستِثمَار الرَقْمَنَة لِتَعْزِيزِ مَكَانَةِ اللُغَة العَرَبِيَةُ والحِفَاظ عَلَى هُوِيَتها -المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية أنموذجا-

الملخص
يَشهد العالم اليوم انفتاحا واسعًا على البيئة الرقمية والتكنولوجيا المعرفية، بوصفهما عاملين لتطوير والنهوض بلغة الأمم، وتجد اللغة العربية -التي تعد الناطق الرسمي للسان العربي عامة والجزائري بشكل خاص ونموذجه الفكري للثقافة-؛ فتجد نفسها أمام تحدي يكمن في كيفية الاستفادة من هذا الحدث التكنولوجي وإبراز قيمتها؛ للحاق بالركب الحضاري العالمي، وما تقوم به الدولة الجزائرية في هذا الشأن، فنجد من بين هذه المؤسسات؛ "المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية". في ظل هذا الطرح حاولنا الوقوف على كيفية استثمار الرقمنة لتعزيز مكانة اللغة العربية مع ذكر الجهود المبذولة من قبل هذه المؤسسة، ومنه الحفاظ على الهوية الوطنية لأننا وباختلاف أصولنا ونسبنا إلا أن العربية قبل أن تكون لغة الدولة الرسمية هي لغة معتقدنا الديني فالحفاظ عليها والاعتزاز بها ضرورة إلزامية. Today, the is witnessing a wide openness to the digital environment and knowledge technology, which have played an active role in the development of nations and the advancement of their language. The Arabic language is the official spokesperson for the Arabic tongue in general and the Algerian in praticular, and its intellectual model for culture -itself is faced with a challenge that lies in how to take advantage of this technological event and highlight its value- to catch up with the global civilization, and perhaps the closest to reality is to took at the achievement of the Algerian state in this regard, and we find that the most prominent in institutions that have adopted this aspect strongly are the “supreme council for the Arabic Language”, and in light of this proposition, we have tried to identify how to invest in digital to enhance the status of the Arabic Language while mentioning the effort made by these Enterprise. And it is in order to preserve the national identity because, despite our different origins, we have forgotten, except that Arabic; before it was the official language of the state, was the language of our religious belief, high and pride is mandatory necessity.
