الملخص
هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة لقضية المواطنة والتعايش اللغوي وموقف صالح بلعيد منها، إذ نعتبرها من القضايا الاجتماعية والثقافية واللسانية التي أسالت الحبر الكثير، خاصة في ظل عصر الرقمنة والتكنولوجيا والدعوة إلى ترسيم المازيغية ودسترتها كلغة. وهذا الموضوع من ضمن مباحثي في أطروحتي للدكتوراه، حيث تطرقت إلى تحديد المفاهيم اللغوية لغة واصطلاحا، وكذا عرجت على مقومات المواطنة وواقعها في الجزائر وأهم الجهود المبذولة من الدولة والمختصين في اللغة من النخبة والمجتمع المدني للحفاظ على الهوية الوطنية ومقوماتها. This researsh is a study of the issue of citizenship and liguistic coexistence and saleh belaid position on it. As we consider it oneof the social. This topics of my doctoral thesis. Where i dealt with defining linguistic concepts language and terminology. As well as the components of citizenship and its reality in algeria and the most important efforts made by the state and language specialists from the elite and civil society to preserve the national identity and its componenets.
