الملخص
أصبح تعليم اللّغة العربيّة للنّاطقين بغيرها يستدعي استخدام تقانات حديثة مواكبة للتّطور التّقني والتكنولوجي الحاصل في شتى مناحي الحياة، والتعليميّة باعتبارها المجال الأكثر حاجة إلى ما جادت به هذه الثّورة المعلوماتية من مزايا، سعت للاستفادة منها؛ متبنيّة طرائق جديدة وفعّالة في تقديم مادتها التّعليمة للمتعلّمين، تقتصد الوقت وتوفر الجهد. من هنا يجيء مقالنا الموسوم بـ " استثمار التّقانة في تعليميّة اللّغة العربيّة للنّاطقين بغيرها - برمجيات علم اللّغة الحاسوبي أنموذجا -". ليكشف عن سرّ ودوافع توجّه أهل الاختصاص في مجال "تكنولوجيا التعليميّة" نحو استخدام هذه التّقانات في تعليميّة اللّغة العربيّة للنّاطقين بغيرها، من خلال الإجابة عن الإشكالية الآتية: "ماذا تقدّم التكنولوجيا الحديثة -من خلال تقاناتها- لتعليميّة اللّغة العربيّة للنّاطقين بغيرها؟" Teaching the Arabic language to non-native Arabic speakers requires the use of modern technologies that keep pace with the technical and technological development taking place in various aspects of life. Education, being the field most in need of the advantages that this information revolution has brought about, it sought to benefit from this revolution through adopting new and effective methods of presenting its educational material to learners, which saves both time and effort. In this vein, the article entitled "Investing Technology in Teaching the Arabic Language to Non-Arabic Speakers : Computational Linguistics Software as a Model" comes to reveal the secrets and motives of the specialists in the field of "educational technology" towards the use of these technologies in teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers. This is through answering the following problematic: "What does modern technology offer, through its techniques, to the process of teaching Arabic language to non-native speakers?"
