أهمية شبكة الاتصال التنظيمي في انتاج مقومات الفعالية التنظيمية

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر شبكة الاتصال الداخلي في أي منظمة العمود الفقري الذي يتحقق من خلالها مجموعة من الأهداف الاستراتيجية والتكتيكية الداخلية والخارجية ، وهذا يتصل بمدى مرونة العناصر الداخلية للتنظيم ومن أهمها الهيكل التنظيمي ومدى انسيابية المعلومات الداخلية ووصولها في الوقت المناسب وبالشكل المطلوب في إطار تحقيق الفعالية والكفاءة في الانجاز ، لدى مختلف المستويات المهنية وامكانية التحكم الفعلي في كل أنواع الاتصالات الداخلية في كل الاتجاهات ( صاعد ، نازلة ، أفقية ) ، بحيث تبرز مجموعة من المؤشرات الدالة على قوة المنظمة أو ضعفها على الصعيد العملي والتنظيمي و طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط بين الفاعلين فيها ، لذلك ترتبط هذه القوة في مدى نجاعة ومرونة العلمية الاتصالية الداخلية في إطار المناخ التنظيمي العام للمنظمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: { الاتصال الداخلي، ، الفعالية التنظيمية ، المورد البشري، الهيكل التنظيمي }. Abstract: The internal communication network in any organization is the backbone through which a set of internal and external strategic and tactical objectives are achieved, and this relates to the extent of flexibility of the internal elements of the organization, the most important of which is the organizational structure and the extent of the flow of internal information and its arrival in a timely manner and in the required form within the framework of achieving effectiveness and efficiency in achievement, The various professional levels and the possibility of actual control of all types of internal communications in all directions (upward, downward, horizontal), so that a set of indicators emerge indicating the strength or weakness of the organization on the practical and organizational level and the nature of the relationship between the actors in it, so these are linked Strength in the extent of the effectiveness and flexibility of the internal communication science within the framework of the general organizational climate of the organization.
