تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء حول موضوع "وظيفة الموارد البشرية الرقمية" لاعتباره من المواضيع الحديثة التي راج استخدامها نتيجة للتطورات التكنولوجيا الحاضرة، والتي بدورها لعبت دورا كبير في احداث تغييرات جذرية على مستوى هذه الوظيفة وانتقالها من وظيفة تقليدية لوظيفة تواكب الرقمنة والحداثة، من خلال التطرق لماهية التحول الرقمي، الوظيفة الرقمية للموارد البشرية وأهم الممارسات التي تتبناها بشكل رقمي. This research paper aims to shed light on the topic of “the digital human resource function” as it is one of the modern topics that have been used as a result of the current technological developments, which in turn played a major role in bringing about radical changes at the level of this job and its transition from a traditional job to a job that keeps pace with digitization and modernity, through Addressing the nature of digital transformation, the digital function of human resources, and the most important practices that they adopt digitally.
